The Department of Molecular Bone Physiology (Mgr. Michaela Tencerová, Ph.D.) is looking for a new member to the team in the position:
Research assistant
Job description:
- common biochemical and molecular methods (e.g. ELISA, Western blot, PCR, c) and basic data analysis
- preparation of media and stock solutions for laboratory work
- work with cell cultures (primary and cell lines)
- technical assistance in the laboratory
- administration and ordering
Our requirements:
- university education in the field of biochemistry, molecular biology or another corresponding field with at least one year of experience in the field
- knowledge of laboratory work techniques
- knowledge of working with animals is an advantage, but not mandatory
- basic knowledge of bioinformatics is an advantage, but not mandatory
- independence, reliability, commitment to work, flexibility, willingness to learn new techniques
- intermediate knowledge of English
- computer skills (Excel, Word) and basic data analyses
