The Department of Civil Procedure focuses on research and teaching, particularly in the areas of civil procedure, non-contentious proceedings, enforcement proceedings, insolvency proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
Your duties will include:
- participating in teaching at the department,
- preparing study and teaching materials, preparing written tests and exams,
- participation in research activities, including contributions to publications,
- helping to organise research and teaching activities, including related administrative tasks.
We require:
- a completed Master’s degree from a law faculty, specialising in Law,
- an interest in the field of civil and procedural law, demonstrated by specific achievements (academic record, publications, presentations at seminars and conferences),
- teaching aptitude;
- aptitude for independent scientific and research work,
- the ability to teach and publish in Czech and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage,
- publication record in the field,
- good character,
- information regarding the employee’s other employment relationships within the meaning of Section 70 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions, as amended.
