Kick-start your career with Ball, the global leader in sustainable aluminum packaging. We’re looking for an intern to support our BoE Process and Engineering team. As an AI Specialist for camera inspection systems, you’ll be developing, testing, and implementing AI models for automated visual inspection.
What will you be working on?
- Analyzing and mapping current inspection systems at the end of production lines
- Testing and optimizing AI algorithms, evaluating their efficiency and reliability in real-life operations in collaboration with the Institute of Informatics (Prague)
- Preparing data, labeling, and processing image samples for AI model training
- Designing and documenting workflows for AI-based quality control processes
Our expectations:
- Communicative level of English
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML
- A systematic and structured approach to tasks
- Analytical thinking
- Experience with AI/ML projects is a plus
