We’re looking for a Horizon Europe Proposal Manager / Grant Expert
Typofix is entering the next stage of its development and is preparing a Horizon Europe Cluster II proposal. We’re looking for an experienced Horizon Europe proposal manager or grant consultant to lead the proposal preparation together with our international consortium.
Typofix is developing an open European infrastructure for multilingual typographic proofreading, combining validated linguistic knowledge with AI-assisted technologies to support accessible multilingual communication and safeguard Europe’s linguistic diversity.
We are currently assembling a consortium of leading universities, research institutes, technology companies and cultural organisations across Europe.
We are specifically looking for someone who has:
- A proven track record of preparing successful Horizon Europe proposals (experience with Cluster II is a strong advantage)
- Extensive experience building Horizon Europe budgets — including work packages, partner allocations, person-month planning, eligibility of costs and overall financial architecture of complex collaborative projects
- Experience coordinating multi-partner international consortia and managing proposal development from concept to submission
- Strong understanding of Horizon Europe evaluation criteria, proposal structure and European Commission requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Your role
- Lead and coordinate the Horizon Europe proposal preparation.
- Drive the proposal writing process together with consortium partners.
- Design and develop a robust project budget and financial framework.
- Coordinate partner contributions and ensure proposal coherence.
- Support the consortium throughout the submission process.
