Description of offered position
Ensure tasks in pursuit of research projects on organic pollutants in air, seawater and soil in the research group of Prof. Gerhard Lammel.
We offer varied work in a friendly international team in a top workplace, flexible working hours. The position is also suitable for people on/after parental leave, graduates or graduating students.
In the case of interest and mutual agreement, it is possible to combine the work with doctoral education and obtaining a PhD degree.
Work will be mainly
· participation in research projects that develop and apply new environmental technologies
· processing of data and results, contribution to preparation of reports and publications
We demand
· university education (B.Sc./M.Sc./Ing.) in the fields of environmental science, chemistry or physics
· experience working in a laboratory
· experience in analytical chemistry, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry is an advantage
· cautiousness, ability to plan and organize working time
· a proactive approach to seeking fellowships; full administrative support is provided throughout the process
· English (minimum level B1) as the working language
· willingness to acquire and actively apply new skills and knowledge
