Non-academic position at the Department of Agrochemistry, Soil Science, Microbiology, and Plant Nutrition, Faculty of AgriSciences

Research Area: agrochemistry, plant nutrition

The Department of Agrochemistry and Plant Nutrition focuses on teaching subjects related to plant nutrition and fertilization as well as soil fertility. Key research priorities include issues of nitrogen nutrition of major field and garden crops and nutrient interactions and their impact on yield, quality, and health safety of selected field crops and vegetables.

What will your job responsibilities be?

  • collection, analysis, and processing of soil and plant biomass samples
  • evaluation of analyses within scientific and research activities
  • active participation in the preparation of laboratory instruction
  • providing administrative and technical support for research projects

  • secondary or potentially higher education in a relevant field
  • perfect knowledge of the Czech language

Expected start date: January 2026, or by agreement

Duration of employment: fixed-term for 1 year with the possibility of extension
