Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, hereby invites applications for the following position:

Head of the Radiopharmaceutical Laboratory

Requirements:

  • Completed higher education in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, nuclear chemistry or related field
  • Professional qualification for handling radioactive materials (SÚJB certification is an advantage)
  • Experience in laboratory operations management and team leadership is an advantage
  • Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary activities (teaching, research, application)
  • Reliability, diligence, ability to make independent decisions

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the operation, professional supervision, and development of a laboratory designated for working with open radionuclide sources of ionizing radiation within the educational and research activities of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Charles University.
  • Collaboration with academic staff, PhD students, and partners from the applied sector.
  • Responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the laboratory in compliance with legislative requirements and internal regulations of the faculty, university, and the State Office for Nuclear Safety

Salary conditions according to the valid Internal Wage Regulations of Charles University with the prospect of an increase in the form of a personal evaluation after the expiration probation period and any other incentive rewards.

The estimated monthly wage: 39.000 CZK – 44.000 CZK (for a 1,0 FTE)
