- Develop and lead an independent research program in plant development in the context of environmental factors
- Operate with a high degree of scientific autonomy
- Build and lead a research team (full-time commitment is expected), with the possibility of integrating into or taking over the research activities of the existing supportive research groups

- The possibility to negotiate institutional support (e.g., technical staff and/or Ph.D. student positions)

Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate: A strong publication record, including significant contributions as first and/or senior author High scientific impact, as evidenced by citation metrics and/or field recognition A proven track record of successful grant acquisition Experience in supervising students and/or early-career researchers (considered an advantage) Experience with the European or American academic environment is considered an advantage.
