Qualifications

University degree in one of the following fields: American Studies, Modern and Contemporary History, History, Political Science, or International Relations. Experience in academic research and scholarly publishing. Knowledge of the Czech language at the B2 level is an advantage.

Expertise

  • Demonstrated expertise and research activity in modern U.S. history and U.S. domestic politics, with a focus on the political system, federal institutions, voting behavior, and party politics; ability to teach at the university level.
