Scientific and pedagogical work in the field of mathematics, supervision of bachelor and diploma thesis, conducting own grant projects.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. degree or equivalent (at most 10 years ago, excluding maternity leave, etc.) in a relevant area, international recognition and excellent track record in mathematics (at, or just below, the level of successful ERC applicants), long-term foreign experience (optimally 3 years abroad during or after PhD), at least 3 years of postdoctoral experience elsewhere than the PhD granting university, exceptions are possible in cases of parental leave or long-term sickness, Positive attitude towards pedagogical work, ability to integrate scientific activities, teaching and supervision of student theses, including training of doctoral students. Basic communication in Czech language after four years period is expected.
