“This project, No. CZ.02.01.01/00/22_008/0004607: New Technologies for Translational Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences /NETPHARM, is co-financed by the European Union.”
- independent performance of the research activities in the relevant field,
- immediate escalation of any identified risks to a superior position,
- synthesis of lipids, in particular sphingolipids, and their analogues, including oxidised, deuterated or otherwise labelled lipids,
- characterization of the prepared substances by means of physical methods,
- experimental planning and coordination within the team and with international researchers,
- presentation and publication of the achieved results on an international level,
- involvement in the preparation of related national and international projects,
- participation in key project activities with an emphasis on application potential.

Qualifications
Profile: An advantage is 1 first-authored publication, a letter of recommendation from 2 experts in the field (at least 1 from a foreign workplace), required education in the relevant field, grant activity, active knowledge of the English language. Scientific and publication activity in the field of organic or pharmaceutical chemistry is an advantage. Experience with organic synthesis and physicochemical methods of characterization of substances. Education in the field of organic or pharmaceutical chemistry. Other knowledge and skills: Prerequisites for research work Flexibility, diligence, thoroughness, and responsibility Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team High level of work commitment Strong willingness to learn new things continuously
