In accordance with the The Competitive Hiring Process Code of Charles University, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen of Charles University announces a selection procedure for the following position with submission deadline

The responsibilities associated with this position will include:
Research Activities:
  • Independent management and execution of complex research or development tasks, with outcomes published in peer-reviewed journals, scientific monographs, or peer-reviewed conference proceedings.
  • Participation in the organizational support and coordination of research and educational activities.
Teaching Activities:
  • Participation in the delivery of lectures and implementation of other forms of teaching within Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs, including lifelong learning programs.
  • Supervision and instruction of students during practical training sessions.
  • Assessment and evaluation of students’ academic progress.

Qualifications

Requirements: Completed university education in a Master’s degree program in Medicine, with the degree of MUDr. (Doctor of Medicine). A Ph.D. degree in a doctoral study program in Oncology or a related field. Active involvement in scientific research; publication activity, as well as experience in scientific projects and grant-funded research, is considered an advantage. Qualifications and aptitude for teaching activities; previous experience in teaching and supervision of academic theses is considered an advantage.
