Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice (www.vstecb.cz), School of Expertness and Valuation, offers employment in the position of Academic worker – assistant professor (Ph.D.) with specialization on Business finance/controlling. Duration of employment unlimited, by mutual agreement. Access to all necessary equipment is provided.

Requirements

•       Academic education – Ph.D.

•       Active knowledge of English

•       Interest in new knowledge in educational and creative activities

•       Motivation and willingness to participate in the preparation, conducting and implementation of research and development projects

•       Motivation and willingness to publish in scholarly journals and conferences

•       Ability to work individually, flexibility, innovative approach to problem solving

•       Ability to work in team

•       Clean criminal records and integrity

Job content

•       Direct participation in the preparation and teaching in study programmes, lectures/seminars, guarantor of specialized subjects (examination, supervising theses)

•       Cooperation with international team in innovation of existing study programmes

•       Participating in the prepration/teaching in courses intended for public

•       Preparation and participation in development/research/international projects

•       Preparation and publication of scientific papers

•       Cooperation at the international level in the areas of educational and creative activities

Commencement of employment: possible to start right away / upon agreement.
